This is “La Estancia” restaurant. It’s on Pellegrini Avenue and Paraguay Street. It has a large screen where you can see the matches. The food is delicious and the waiters are friendly.
As you can see, there are many people in the restaurant and there is a van from Channel 5, which is a local channel. When Argentina wins a game, people get together on this corner to celebrate.

I bought two flags for the World Cup. I put one in my balcony and I wear the other on my shoulders because I don’t like to wear t-shirts and original t-shirts are too expensive. I watch the matches at home with my family or in a friend’s house with Celeste and Micaela. The last World Cup we did that way and it was very exciting and funny. My favorite players are Messi, Abbondanzieri, Tevez, and Palacio. I love Palacio!

I’m very anxious about the World Cup. I watched the first match with my friends at my friend’s house. I wear my t-shirt like a magic charm during the matches. My favourite soccer players are Sorin, Messi and Abbondanzieri. I hope Argentina will be the champion! Please tell us about the World Cup in Brazil!

Well, in Argentina we are really anxious about this championship “The World Cup”. In Rosario there are a lot of flags in the windows of the houses and bars.
I’m going to watch the matches in my house with some friends or with my family. When Argentina plays a game I wear a T-shirt of Argentina. My favourite players are Messi, Abbondanzieri, Sorín and Tevez.

The World Cup is a very important event in Argentina. Everyone celebrates and we all have fun. I always wear my T-shirt of Argentina for the World Cup. I see the matches with my friends and we have a really good time. We paint our faces with light blue and white paint and everyone has a different kind of T-shirt of Argentina. My magical charm is a beautiful bracelet. My friend’s magical charm is a flag of Argentina from 1978, the year when Argentina won the World Cup for the first time. My favourite players are Crespo, because he is a really good player, and Kaka, from Brazil, because he is handsome and he is a good player.

I don’t prepare things for the World Cup because I don’t like soccer. I’m waiting for the matches to go to the mall with my friends. I’m not going to watch the matches or wear special clothes but I’m going to wear our flag colors. I don’t have any magic charm and my favourite soccer player is Messi.

We don’t like soccer but when Argentina is playing we watch the match in our friend’s house and we wear Argentina’s T-shirt. Our favourite players are Sorin, Crespo and Palacios because they play soccer very well. Messi also plays very well but we don’t like him.
